This Privacy Policy has been drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR); Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights; and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE or LSSI).

The processing of personal data is carried out for the following purposes:

The personal data provided will be retained as follows:

The processed data will be kept for as long as the legally established data retention periods remain in force, where there is a legal obligation to maintain them, or, in the absence of such a legal requirement, until the data subject requests their deletion or withdraws the consent previously granted.

Therefore, the personal data provided will be retained:

· For the duration of the commercial relationship.

· Until the data subject requests their deletion.

· For a period of two (2) years from the last confirmation of interest.

· ActiveCampaign, Inc. located in the United States. ActiveCampaign, Inc. processes data for the purpose of providing its email marketing services to WNAS in accordance with its privacy policy.
· MailerLite Limited, an Irish company registered at Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, D02 P593, Ireland, in accordance with its privacy policy.
· Analytics Service: Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., a Delaware company with its principal office at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer, to help wnas.es analyze how users interact with the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of WNAS (including your IP address) will be directly transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

To provide the services strictly necessary for the operation of this activity, we use the following service providers under their corresponding privacy conditions:
