Quality Policy

WIRELESS NETWORK AND SYSTEMS, S.L. (WNAS), A service company dedicated to the maintenance and repair of telecommunications networks and electrical networks (medium and low voltage), as well as the maintenance of heating and cooling systems, is committed to offering its customers the highest-quality service. 

We have facilities adapted to ensure that our services are provided under optimal conditions, located at Av. Blas Infante, 6, 1st floor, Écija, 41400, Seville.

Senior Management has defined this document, called the Quality Policy, as the reference framework for developing all the activities and processes of the organization, and establishes the following principles:

  1. We commit to complying with the requirements established by the regulations applicable to our activity, as well as those we have voluntarily subscribed to, and to continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard), mainly through the establishment and review of strategic objectives
  2. Our goal is to achieve the full satisfaction of our customers and other interested parties, ensuring the quality and reliability of the services provided. 
  3. We are committed to providing an adequate working environment, fostering motivation, participation, and the professional development of our human team, as the foundation forcontinuous improvement, team stability, and excellence in performance.

To achieve these commitments, we rely on the collaboration of all WNAS personnel. Additionally , to facilitate the understanding and implementation of this Quality Policy, it is made available to all personnel, who may contact Management or its quality representative for any matters related to quality management.
